The Research, Consultancy, and Community Services Vice President (RCCSVP) is accountable to the President with responsibilities for leading, coordinating, and facilitating the Ethiopian Police University’s research, consultancy, and community service initiatives. It develops strategic plans, performance indicators, and policies to ensure effective implementation of the university’s vision in these areas. The office oversees three key units: the Research Institute, Consultancy and Community Service Center and Publication and Dissemination Department.
