The College of Leadership and Governance is dedicated to cultivating highly skilled professionals capable of leading and transforming Ethiopia’s security sector through excellence in law enforcement, police leadership, and financial and logistics management. As a key institution in promoting good governance and institutional reform, the College offers specialized undergraduate and graduate programs under three academic departments: the Police Management Department, which trains ethical and community-oriented officers; the Accounting and Finance Department, which focuses on financial accountability and logistics; and the Postgraduate Department, which develops visionary leaders in security sector management and police leadership. Through these programs, the College serves as a center of professional excellence, equipping students with the knowledge and skills needed to drive institutional change and enhance service oriented policing, thereby strengthening Ethiopia’s law enforcement and public administration systems.
