Leadership at EPU
Ethiopian Police University is guided by a dynamic and visionary leadership team committed to excellence, integrity, and service. At the helm is the University President, who provides strategic direction and oversees institutional performance across academic, training, and administrative functions. Supporting this vision are three Vice Presidents:
- Academic Vice President (AVP): Leads curriculum development, teaching and learning, faculty affairs, registrar services, and academic quality assurance.
- Training Vice President (TVP): Oversees specialized police training centers including leadership development, basic police training, peacekeeping, and TVET programs.
- Research, Consultancy & Community Services Vice President (RCCSVP): Directs research, publications, consultancy, and community service, aligning with national priorities and international standards.
Together, the leadership fosters a culture of accountability, innovation, and institutional growth—ensuring EPU remains a leading force in law enforcement education and public service.
